Job Title: Disability Support Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the implementation of tailored support strategies within supported living environments.
  • Develop and maintain a skilled team to deliver high-quality, person-centered care and support.
  • Provide direct support and leadership across a range of customer needs, including domestic and personal care assistance.
  • Manage administrative tasks while providing guidance and mentorship to a team of Disability Support Workers.

About You:

  • Prior experience in healthcare is highly regarded.
  • A relevant certification or higher is essential.
  • Demonstrated leadership and management skills are highly valued.
  • Ability and willingness to work varied shifts, regular sleepovers, weekends, and public holidays with significant availability.
  • Resilience, confidence, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills to develop positive relationships.
  • Capability to obtain the NDIS Workers Screening Check prior to commencement.
  • Capability to obtain a Working with Children Check prior to commencement.
  • Proficiency in computer software and technology.
  • Smart Phone and current Driver's Licence.
