Job Opportunity

The Senior Advisor, Product Projects, will oversee the strategic coordination and delivery of product-related initiatives across the organization.

  • Direct the planning, execution, and monitoring of significant, complex, and diverse product-related projects ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and project timelines.
  • Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to scope, prioritize, and resource projects effectively.
  • Manage risks, issues, and dependencies across the product portfolio implementing mitigation strategies and reporting mechanisms.
  • Provide leadership and direction to a team of Project Coordinators ensuring consistent project delivery, progression according to schedules, risk management, and accurate reporting.
  • Establish and maintain project governance frameworks documentation standards, and reporting tools to support transparency and accountability.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in project management practices, tools, and systems to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
  • Advise on project management across all project stages and contribute to the development of proposals, reporting, and presentations to support new project initiatives and effective communication and outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with the Product team contributing to a culture of best practice in educational product.
