Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Hospitality Service Assistant.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to the hospitality function, including catering, cleaning and laundry.

Key duties will include maintaining high standards of workplace health and safety, quality and hygiene, completing required documentation and reporting, responding to residents' queries and requests, assisting with basic food preparation, providing meals and snacks, clearing dining areas and dishwashing.

Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for general cleaning tasks such as mopping, vacuuming and waste collection in residents' rooms, bathrooms, communal and living areas.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Cleaning or catering experience preferred but not essential
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible availability for a variety of shifts throughout the week
