Seeking a Specialist Anaesthetist to join our healthcare team in Armidale, NSW. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team providing high-quality anaesthetic care in a modern regional facility.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Specialist Anaesthetist to join our multidisciplinary team at Armidale Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional anaesthetic care to patients, working closely with surgeons, nurses and other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Deliver high-quality anaesthetic care to patients, conducting pre-anaesthetic assessments, administering anaesthesia, and managing post-operative care.
- Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of hospital policies and procedures related to anaesthesia services.
- Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Anaesthetists (FANZCA) or nearing completion of the fellowship.
- Current medical registration with AHPRA.
