Leading OCR Program Delivery and Expansion
Job DescriptionOur organization seeks an experienced professional to manage the delivery and expansion of our OCR program. This role requires collaboration with leadership and customer care teams to drive project success.
Key Responsibilities- Manage OCR program and EDI integrations
- Establish customer care engagement and support testing activity
- Organize multiple projects, set priorities, and keep the program on track
- Provide work-in-progress status updates and inform stakeholders
- Support team development of standard operating procedures for Customer EDI and OCR processes
- Minimum 2 years experience managing EDI, OCR, eCommerce platforms, or ERP integration projects to tight deadlines
- Good understanding of OCR and Punch-out related standards and IT applications
- Exceptional communication, group facilitation/presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong business analyst/project management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment with a sales and customer orientation
