Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Professional to join our Advanced Training and Test Environment team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and managing the day-to-day operations of the ATTE programs.
- Coordinate project meetings including agendas, minutes, and action items.
- Organize and review project documentation within data management systems.
- Maintain activities and artefacts such as risk and opportunity workshops, review boards, and reporting.
- Prepare and manage project reports including estimates at completion packs and weekly/monthly status reports.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have 2 years relevant experience in a similar coordination/administration role within a project-driven environment. They will also possess excellent written and oral communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and an ability to learn new software packages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the ATTE team.
- Manage project documentation and ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate project meetings and prepare agendas and minutes.
- Prepare and distribute project reports and updates.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 2 years relevant experience in a similar coordination/administration role.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn new software packages.
