About the Role

This pivotal position involves supporting the Structures team in project management, workload delegation, and client interfacing. The ideal candidate will possess significant design experience, excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to manage projects, lead initiatives, and mentor fellow engineers within the team.

You will work closely with the Structural team and quickly gain exposure to projects and clients locally, as well as our team and projects across Australia.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Structural/Civil Engineering
  • Typically, 6 - 10 years of relevant industry experience
  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of relevant local and Australian standards and practices
  • CPEng status is highly desirable
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to analyse complex data and design solutions for various engineering challenges
  • Strong attention to detail, precision in planning, design, and execution of projects
  • Excellent communication skills, proficiency in conveying technical information effectively to all stakeholders
