Project Management Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to spearhead our project management team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to drive results and foster collaboration.

About the Role:

This is a challenging opportunity for a skilled Project Manager to lead projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Leadership & Team Management: Guide, mentor, and coach the project management team to ensure they meet performance expectations and maintain positive working relationships.
  • Schedule & Budget Management: Manage project schedules, budgets, and financial performance, overseeing the development of effective work plans.
  • Compliance & Quality: Ensure projects adhere to regulatory requirements, managing compliance with inspection and test plans to maintain project quality.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster effective communication with the project team and key stakeholders.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction industry project management.
  • Proven proficiency in project management methodologies and operations.
  • In-depth knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) requirements.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and communicate effectively across all levels.
  • Excellent planning, organisation, and time management skills.
  • Adaptability and the ability to work well under pressure.
