We are seeking an exceptional leader to champion quality as a strategic driver of success in Advisory. As the Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality control processes to ensure that services meet established standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Quality Management team for our Advisory service line.
  • Design and implement fit-for-purpose quality policies, procedures, processes, and resources.
  • Ensure staff are provided with appropriate software tools, technical manuals, guidance materials, learning and technical support to perform engagements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Interpret the findings, deficiencies, and related root causes from internal and external monitoring and information-gathering processes.
About You:
  • A bachelor's degree in business, management, finance, or a related field is required.
  • Professional certifications such as Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) or Certified Risk Manager (CRM) are highly regarded.
  • You should have strong knowledge of professional services standards and regulations.
  • You possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • You have experience in quality assurance, risk management, or a related field within the professional services environment.
  • You have experience in developing and implementing quality control systems and processes.
  • You have a proven track record of managing risks and ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • You have experience in training and developing staff on quality and risk management practices.
