About this role

This Agribusiness Management Opportunity is a key position within our organization.

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in Narrabri, NSW, and lead our agribusiness relationships and commercial lending initiatives.

Main responsibilities:
  • Portfolio management: Manage a diverse portfolio of agribusiness relationships, delivering tailored financial solutions that meet the unique needs of customers.
  • Growth and acquisition: Drive portfolio growth through strong relationship management, acquisition of new customers, and effective expense management.
  • Strategic advice: Provide strategic financial advice and integrated solutions that support customers' long-term business objectives.
  • Credit quality: Ensure a high standard of credit quality across the portfolio by identifying and managing credit risk effectively.
  • Client collaboration: Collaborate with clients to understand their business operations, industry trends, and challenges, helping them to make informed financial decisions.
