We are seeking a seasoned project delivery expert to lead our capital projects.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading capital project planning, design, and execution
  • Managing stakeholder relationships and contractor performance
  • Supporting project controls, reporting, and procurement packages
  • Ensuring project alignment with safety and governance frameworks
  • Leading risk management, HAZID and design review workshops
  • Delivering technical scopes, business cases, and cost estimates
  • Promoting continuous improvement across project delivery
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • 10+ years of experience in project delivery (owners team/EPCM/contractor)
  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering or Construction Management
  • A strong safety-first mindset and understanding of Safety in Design
  • Skilled in estimating, scheduling, and risk management
  • Sound technical and commercial project knowledge
  • Experienced with contracts and procurement strategies
  • High-level stakeholder communication and leadership skills
  • Proficient in MS Project and Microsoft Office suite
