- Mix and match colours for vehicle painting, ensuring accurate matches every time.
- Burnish and maintain colour library, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques.
- Prep, prime, and paint vehicles according to job sheet requirements, paying close attention to detail and quality control.
- Buff and denib vehicles, removing imperfections and ensuring a flawless finish.
- Handle vehicles with due care and attention, taking pride in every aspect of the job.
- Note any extra paint work required, communicating effectively with the team to ensure seamless execution.
- Report old damage or poor previous repairs, highlighting areas for improvement and contributing to ongoing growth and development.
- Clean work bay and workshop areas, maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
- Coach apprentices when required, sharing knowledge and expertise to help others grow and succeed.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Trade qualified Coatings Specialist
- Minimum 3 years experience as a trade qualified Coatings Specialist
