Drive Dairy Sales
As an Account Manager, you will craft and implement account strategies to propel business results and foster long-term customer relationships for the dairy category in Australia and New Zealand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute account initiatives to achieve sales and customer relationship objectives.
- Develop and implement a strategic account plan for the dairy market in Australia, focusing on financial performance and goals.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators, taking corrective actions to achieve results.
- Build sustainable networks within defined accounts.
- Identify long-term business opportunities and integrate them into the account strategy.
- Lead contract negotiations and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Coordinate product launches and support customer training.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science or Dairy Technology.
- 5-10 years of relevant working experience.
- Knowledge of the dairy industry, markets, and history of working in the Australian Dairy or Food Industry.
- Familiarity with DSM ingredients and solutions, including starter cultures and enzymes.
- Technical and food processing knowledge of DSM products.
