About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join a world-class training facility equipped with state-of-the-art simulators. You will collaborate closely with the Senior Maritime Warfare Instructor and RAN staff to design and deliver premier training programs that meet the evolving demands of the Royal Australian Navy. Your expertise will be essential in operating the simulator and facilitating realistic, scenario-based training that prepares RAN Officers for real-world challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver high-quality training programs that meet the needs of Maritime Warfare Officers
  • Collaborate with the Senior Maritime Warfare Instructor and RAN staff to ensure seamless integration with Navy operations
  • Operate and maintain the simulator, ensuring optimal performance and safety
  • Facilitate scenario-based training that simulates real-world maritime warfare scenarios

Requirements

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a NV1 - SECRET defence security clearance or higher
  • Proven military experience with a strong understanding of tactical training environments
  • Commitment to upholding the highest standards of trust and responsibility
  • Passion for training and a desire to contribute to Defence operations in Australia
