Establishing long-term relationships with clients is key to our ongoing success. A Service Account Manager will play a vital role in this process, focusing on providing exceptional service that exceeds customer expectations.

This individual will be responsible for engaging with current and new customers, working collaboratively to improve concentrator availability, develop sales opportunities, and resolve operational issues in a timely and efficient manner.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in aftersales support, preferably within the mining or export-related industry. They must possess strong negotiation and persuasion skills, as well as excellent organisational and time management abilities.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven track record in developing positive relationships with customers.
  • Ability to effectively communicate proposals or quotes.
  • Negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.

Desirable qualifications include tertiary qualifications in Business / Commerce, Engineering, Marketing or other relevant discipline. Technical knowledge of RME MILL RELINING systems would also be advantageous.

This role requires regular travel around Western Australia, therefore a current driver's licence is essential.
