Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for growing our conference and events business by identifying new opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and ensuring seamless execution of events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive conference and event revenue growth.
  • SOURCE NEW BUSINESS through cold calling, networking, and industry events.
  • Conduct site inspections and familiarization tours to showcase our facilities.
  • Negotiate contracts and prepare tailored proposals to close sales.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client experiences from planning to execution.
Requirements
  • A proven track record in business development or sales, preferably in hospitality, MICE, or events.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
