Types of Accounts/Reception Work:

  • Monitoring reception inbox for invoices and keeping up to date
  • Receiving, coding, and having invoices signed off by management or relevant department/person
  • Entering invoices correctly and paying them off once paid through the bank
  • Taking phone calls professionally and respectfully, including transferring, holding, and facilitating conversations with clients & suppliers
  • Managing staff whereabouts – keeping track of where office staff are during the day (using/keeping an appointment calendar)
  • Helping out with regular cleaning of surfaces to assist with the COVID safe measures
