Job Opportunity:

As a consultant in our retail banking division, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to meet customers' end-to-end financial needs and goals across transaction activities, needs-based conversations, and educating them on digital solutions.

You will work closely with a collaborative team to achieve customer satisfaction and retention. Your passion for people and ability to multi-task will be at the centre of everything you do, as you strive to create real value for our customers.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
