About Our Job

We're looking for a skilled and organised individual to join our team as a Talent Coordinator. This role will provide exposure to talent acquisition, people experience, and operations in a fast-moving environment.

As a Talent Coordinator, you'll be responsible for owning interview scheduling, managing job postings, and ensuring process flow while keeping candidates informed.

You'll work across various tasks such as training module management, platform access, reporting, expenses, and team administration. Additionally, you'll support team events, handle general office administration, and contribute to sharing our culture through content and internal communications.

This is an excellent opportunity to grow your skills in recruitment, people operations, and culture while learning alongside an experienced People team.

Responsibilities

  • Owning interview scheduling and ensuring process flow, keeping candidates informed.
  • Managing job postings and people insights.
  • Training module management and platform access for our people.
  • Reporting, expenses, team admin, and presentations for the People team.
  • Supporting team events, handling general office admin, and keeping things running smoothly.
  • Helping share our culture through content and internal communications.
  • Owning systems, templates, and processes for People operations.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives for better candidate and employee experiences.

Requirements

  • Organised and detail-driven, flexible when things shift.
  • Hands-on with tech platforms like Workday, Jira, Udemy, and scheduling software.
  • Creating processes and experiences that delight our community and candidates.
  • Passionate about building skills and career across talent, people experience, and venture scaling.
  • Ready to dive into the startup ecosystem, roll up sleeves, and get stuff done.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information responsibly and have a risk mindset.
