About This Opportunity

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Digital Designer to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for conceptualising, visualising, and executing deliverables for omnichannel campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ideate, design, and craft through-the-line campaigns that include print, email, catalogue, website, social media, and video.
  • Collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams with exceptional organisational and technical skills.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Adobe CC Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Animate, After Effects, XD, and Illustrator).
  • Show an understanding of UX/UI, web design, AAA online compliance standards, web standards, and user experience.
  • Evidence expert-level understanding of layout, typography, colour, photography, and art direction.
  • Display a thorough understanding of marketing objectives, channels, and consumer behaviour.
  • Communicate clearly and present design ideas and concepts for campaigns and projects effectively.
  • Solve problems and pay close attention to detail.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design industry trends, techniques, and technologies.
About You

You are a motivated individual who understands how your role impacts and influences great customer experiences. To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • Previous experience working as a Marketing Digital Designer in-house, agency-side, or freelance supporting retail/FMCG.
  • A consistently high level of design output across all assets, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Experience in conceptualising and designing across multiple digital channels including websites, emails, social media, and display banners.
  • Demonstrable experience in digital design, an understanding of UX, and awareness of the technical constraints associated with digital marketing and websites.
