Immutable is seeking a Creative Lead to shape the future of gaming. As a visionary in this role, you will define and protect Immutable's visual and emotional identity across every touchpoint in the ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will have minimum 10 years of experience in design with a strong focus on consumer products. They should also have deep expertise in motion design and emotional UX, with a portfolio showcasing exceptional craft.

The Creative Lead will be responsible for ensuring that everything shipped doesn't just work—it feels unmistakably Immutable. This involves crafting a cohesive, inspiring brand universe that brings magic to every interaction.

You will own the end-to-end brand experience—from product vision through to scalable systems. You will collaborate with product, growth, and design teams to push the boundaries of what Web3 gaming can look and feel like.
