Creative Lead Opportunity

We seek a visionary creative leader to spearhead our internal Creative Services Team.

  • Develop and implement strategic creative initiatives to reinforce brand identity across channels.
  • Provide expert oversight and hands-on delivery for design and digital creative projects.
  • Optimise creative workflows to ensure efficient prioritisation, resourcing, and timely delivery.
  • Translate business objectives into compelling, audience-focused creative outputs.
  • Establish the Creative Services Team as a trusted, dynamic internal partner for the business.

Maintain and evolve our Design System: collaborate with Brand and Product Design teams to ensure it supports both marketing and product touchpoints.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in senior creative leadership roles, preferably in-house or agency environments.
  • Proven leadership in design, creative, or marketing team environments.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing branding, identity design, and multi-channel creative work.
  • Hands-on proficiency in graphic, digital, and multimedia production.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication capabilities.

  • Marketing technology platforms and digital optimisation.
  • UX/UI principles and web design best practices.
  • Skills in animation, video production, and motion graphics.
