Senior Trade Surveillance Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned trade surveillance professional to oversee daily analysis, conduct in-depth investigations and regular reviews of non-exchange based activities.
- Lead efforts to identify gaps and weaknesses in the current program
- Contribute to the design, development and implementation of surveillance solutions
- Assist with regulatory requests and investigations
- Conduct trade reconstruction efforts
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years experience in commodity and energy markets, strong data manipulation, analysis and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
You will be empowered to drive business outcomes as part of a collaborative team where everyone contributes ideas and drives results.
About the Role:As a Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing daily analysis
- Conducting in-depth investigations
- Regularly reviewing non-exchange based activities
- Acting as an escalation point for junior members of the team
You will ensure investigations are adequately documented and followed through to resolution in a timely manner and work with local compliance staff to determine an appropriate level of surveillance.
