Job Description:

The Maintenance Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring efficient operations, risk mitigation, and maintaining a safe work environment. This individual will support the Maintenance Manager in planning, coordinating, and overseeing maintenance activities.


  • Contribute to the development and updating of the Maintenance Plan
  • Assist in the creation of Pre-Acceptance Plans
  • Help establish and refine standard operating procedures for maintenance activities
  • Review job cards for maintenance tasks
  • Supervise maintenance activities to ensure they align with production schedules
  • Coordinate with production teams to minimise disruptions during maintenance

Key Responsibilities:

  1. To develop and maintain effective relationships with production teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders
  2. To coordinate and plan maintenance activities to meet production schedules and minimize disruptions
  3. To identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and safety
  4. To collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
  5. To review and update maintenance plans and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will require:


  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in maintenance coordination or a similar role
  • A strong understanding of maintenance best practices and safety regulations
  • Proficiency in maintenance management software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving aptitude with attention to detail
