Road Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Road Maintenance Specialist to join our operations team. As a key member, you will be responsible for handling minor road repairs and maintenance across sealed and unsealed roads.
Main Responsibilities- Perform minor road repairs and maintenance using equipment such as the FLOCON for pothole and patching work.
- Assist with stormwater maintenance, cleaning pipes and open drains.
- Support the installation and maintenance of road signage and pavement markings.
- A current HR (Heavy Rigid) licence and Front-End Loader ticket.
- Experience or qualifications in civil construction or road maintenance, or a strong willingness to learn on the job.
- The ability to work safely and efficiently, following work health and safety guidelines.
- Ongoing, full-time work with a great balance of stability and flexibility.
