**Job Opportunity for a Desktop Support Professional:**

We are seeking an experienced Desktop Support professional to join our organisation in Sydney. This is a contract position, working on-site for six months.

The successful candidate will provide technical support services, including but not limited to:

  • Client computing (Windows environment)
  • Desktop phone services
  • Mobile phones services (inTune)
  • Portable computing equipment (Samsung knox)
  • MS Teams AV
  • Windows 10 enterprise experience
  • Office365 support

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a large 1000+ seat environment and possess skills in ServiceNow Ticketing, adaptability, and providing agile solutions within corporate structures and policies.

**Key Requirements:**

- Experience working with Windows operating systems and desktop environments

- Strong technical support skills and ability to troubleshoot issues

- Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service
