Leisure and Lifestyle Facilitator

Bolton Clarke is a leading provider of home care, retirement living, and residential aged care services across Australia.

We operate nationally and internationally with 88 Aged Care Homes across multiple states. Our residential aged care communities are supported by specialized teams who prioritize the individual needs of our residents.

We seek a part-time Leisure and Lifestyle Facilitator to empower and engage our Residents in maximizing their participation in leisure and lifestyle programs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Participating in the development, implementation, and assessment of therapeutic plans that cater to the unique needs of our residents.
  • Supporting residents in engaging in their preferred leisure and lifestyle choices and activities.
  • Collaborating with staff and volunteers in providing high-quality leisure and lifestyle programs.

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • Certification IV in Leisure and Health or Certificate III in Aged Care (essential).
  • Previous experience in aged care.
  • Desirable skills: experience working with memory support (dementia) and strong communication skills.
  • Availability and reliability to commit to required shifts.
  • Background checks and necessary certifications prior to commencement.
  • Energetic and effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional care and service excellence.
