**Pinjarra Hills** are looking for an experinced Activities Officer to join the team delivering outstanding care to our wonderful residents.

Our leisure facilities, events and social activities give residents the freedom to be as active and connected as they want to be. Our residents enjoy regular activities including indoor bowls, snooker, monthly BBQs and even a Friday 'Happy Hour'.

**About the role**:
We are looking for a Part time
***Activities Officer to empower and engage with our Residents to maximise their participation in Leisure and Lifestyle programs at
**Fairways.** This role works
**min of 70hrs per fortnight.**

Our focus for residents is what best suits their individual needs and wants, our Activities officers facilitate this through:

- Participation in the development, implementation and assessment of Therapeutic Plans
- Supporting residents to engage in their Leisure and Lifestyle choices and activities
- Supporting staff and volunteers in provision of Leisure and Lifestyle programs

**Ideally you will have**
- Cert III in Leisure and Lifestyle, Diversional Therapy
- Experience in an Aged Care or supporting Residents with lifestyle and leisure programs
- Police Check (valid within the last 3 years)
- International police check/s may be required
- Working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc.)
- Energetic and effective communicator
- 2020 Flu Vaccination or willing to obtain
- COVID vaccination evidence in line with current requirements
