High-level administration support is required in this dynamic department to enhance Australia. Specializing in world class research, analysis and advice to inform strategic policy and decision making.

The successful candidate will provide administrative assistance including liaising with stakeholders regarding financial data, maintaining the financial tracker and ensuring the reporting spreadsheet is up-to-date. Other duties include organizing meetings, taking and updating minutes and agendas, ensuring actions are logged and followed up.

Key responsibilities also include processing refunds of licence fees, assisting with purchasing activities, organizing travel and accommodation, and monitoring the mailbox and responding to internal and external stakeholder enquiries.

This role requires a highly motivated individual who is approachable and easy-going, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
