
Delivery Specialist

The primary responsibility of this role is to operate company vehicles in a safe and efficient manner, delivering parts and products to professional customers. This requires strong communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
In addition to delivery duties, the successful candidate will be responsible for collecting money on COD deliveries and picking up customer returns. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are essential for this position.
Responsibilities- Operate Company Vehicles: Safely and efficiently deliver parts and products to customers, adhering to company guidelines and regulations.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise during delivery.
- COD Collections: Collect payment from customers on COD deliveries, accurately recording transactions and handling cash securely.
- Customer Returns: Pick up customer returns, documenting the condition of returned items and updating inventory accordingly.
- Strong Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
- Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability, responding to changing circumstances and priorities.
- Driving Record: Maintain a clean driving record, meeting company standards for safe and defensive driving practices.
- Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license, issued by the relevant state or local authority.
