We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paralegal/Law Clerk to join our dynamic team at AFL Recruitment. As a Paralegal/Law Clerk, you will be responsible for assisting our senior personal injury team leader with various tasks, including liaising with clients, other solicitors, insurers, and doctors, undertaking legal research, reviewing clinical/medical notes, arranging appointments, drafting legal documents, briefing counsel, and filing general administration.

Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in plaintiff personal injury law, with a strong background in workers compensation and work injury damages. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organized, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
