About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our Drill and Blast team. The successful candidate will oversee operational activities for the Goldfields Division, ensuring project outcomes are met through effective resource utilisation.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior management role within a drill and blast contracting environment;
- A proven track record of managing complex projects with successful stakeholder engagement;
- Proven experience in overseeing site-based personnel;
- A strong understanding of asset management and inventory control;
- Experience ensuring ongoing compliance to safety and business management systems;
- Experience monitoring site revenue and spend to ensure budget efficiency;
- Strong computer skills using Microsoft and inventory control software applications;
- Sound analytical and evaluation skills;
- A diploma in Frontline Management or similar;
