Effective Gardening Operations Manager

As a Garden Maintenance Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and directing a team of maintenance staff to ensure efficient completion of tasks.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and directing a team of maintenance staff
- Developing and implementing schedules to ensure timely completion of garden maintenance activities
- Providing guidance, mentorship, and training to enhance the team's horticultural skills and safety practices
- Inspecting garden areas to assess their condition, identify improvements needed, and implement corrective actions
- Interacting with clients to understand their preferences, address concerns, and provide updates on maintenance activities
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Certificate III in Horticulture or Parks & Gardens
- Minimum 3 years experience in Landscaping
- A Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- A White Card
- A Valid Drivers' license
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
