Perioperative Services Management Opportunity

The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic management of our eleven operating theatres, day surgery intake, recovery, and central sterilizing department.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the hospital executive team and all stakeholders to achieve excellence in care delivery in line with best practice and legislative requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a clinical services team providing strategic direction and positive leadership.
  • Demonstrate ability to successfully lead through a continuous improvement model to achieve high quality patient outcomes.
  • Knowledge and understanding of contemporary clinical risk management strategies that are effective in promoting and ensuring the highest quality of patient care.

About You

  • A positive and effective leader with the ability to engage, motivate and work with all key stakeholders to achieve positive patient outcomes.
  • Extensive clinical skills and experience along with exceptional interpersonal skills.

  • National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months.
  • Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
