Job Description

This role with a global technology leader is an exciting opportunity for experienced financial coordinators to develop their careers and gain valuable experience in the industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for executing various transactional tasks, including raising and executing purchase orders, submitting invoices for payment, reviewing demand signals, creating manufacturing orders, rescheduling orders, expediting purchase orders, allocating available stock, verifying inbound stock dates and quantities, ensuring timely supply of goods, and performing adhoc tasks as requested by management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Raising and executing purchase orders
  • Submitting invoices for payment
  • Reviewing demand signals for order placement
  • Creating manufacturing orders
  • Rescheduling orders to meet customer expectations
  • Expediting purchase orders
  • Allocating available stock to manufacturing orders
  • Verifying inbound stock dates and quantities
  • Ensuring timely supply of goods by verifying system information
  • Performing adhoc tasks as requested by management

Requirements:

  • Previous work experience in procurement and handling heavy transactional components is essential.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screen.
  • Familiarity with supply chain operations, preferably in the context of the manufacturing industry, is desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in executing transactions.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for procurement and financial coordination.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively within a team.
