">We are seeking visionary leaders to join our Board of Directors and help shape the future of aged care, disability, and children's services. Your leadership will directly influence the wellbeing, resilience, and equality of the communities we serve.
Our organisation has over 50 years' experience delivering services in aged care, children's services, and disability support. We strengthen and improve social and personal wellbeing for individuals, families, older people, carers, and people with disability.
About the Director Role- You will work alongside a progressive and transformational Board to provide strategic oversight, ensure strong governance, and champion innovation.
- You will contribute to the delivery of our new strategic plan and have the opportunity to progress to Chair or Deputy Chair, supported by a mentor.
In this role, you will:
- Apply our organisational values and fundamentals in decision-making.
- Work collaboratively with Co-CEOs, the Executive, and fellow Directors to set and progress strategic direction.
- Provide strategic expertise in aged care, disability, children's services, or similar sectors.
- Oversee risk management, governance, and budget monitoring.
- Develop policy to strengthen community outcomes.
