About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Pacific National. As a key member of our People & Culture team, you will play a critical role in supporting our leaders and employees to achieve business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on HR policies, employment law, and employee relations.
  • Conduct investigations and provide recommendations to the business on complex HR matters.
  • Develop and implement training programs to support employee development and engagement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address HR-related risks and opportunities.
  • Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced HR professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional HR services. You will have a strong understanding of HR policies, employment law, and employee relations, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

You will be a confident problem solver with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also have a proactive and structured approach to your work, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
