Job Title: Tech Risk Lead

We are seeking a Tech Risk Lead to join our team, responsible for leading the technology audit function, driving compliance and governance projects, engaging stakeholders, and managing technology and cyber risk.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the technology audit function: plan, gather evidence, walkthroughs, and closure
  • Drive compliance & governance projects: lead initiatives and support Control Assurance Program
  • Engaging stakeholders: bridge between auditors, risk teams, and technical leads
  • Managing technology & cyber risk: identify risks, manage remediation plans, and continuously improve cyber governance using frameworks like APRA CPS 230/234, NIST, and ISO27001

About This Role:

  • 5+ years of experience in technology risk, audit, or compliance roles, preferably in financial services
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks like CPS 234 and CPS 230
  • Natural communication skills, comfortable communicating with multiple stakeholders
