Job Opportunity

This exciting role as a front-of-house representative is a key position within our business. As the initial point of contact for members, you will provide a positive experience for each individual.

The diverse responsibilities of this position include greeting members, answering phone calls, preparing protein shakes, and promoting retail products.

  • Greet and serve customers at the reception desk and café area.
  • Answer phone calls, address member queries, listen to concerns, and direct them to the relevant manager if necessary.
  • Utilize computer systems to retrieve member details, create access tags, process transactions, and assist with class bookings.
  • Help parents book their children into our childcare service when required.
  • Familiarize yourself with our supplement and apparel ranges to facilitate sales.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the venue, ensuring the reception and café areas are tidy, shelves are stocked, and merchandise is well displayed.
  • Perform opening and closing duties efficiently.
  • Adhere to instructions, prioritize tasks, and complete duties promptly.

  • Prior customer service experience with exceptional communication skills.
  • A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and grow within the organization.
  • A passion for health and fitness, coupled with enthusiasm for working in this industry.
  • Reliability, punctuality, professionalism, and good presentation.
  • A strong work ethic, initiative, motivation, and adaptability.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and ability to learn new systems.
  • Effective communication of policies and procedures.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Flexibility to work hours aligned with gym operations (schedules provided in advance).
  • Australian working rights.
