About Our Gym Front Desk Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our front desk team. As a key member of our gym staff, you will be the first point of contact for our members and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive experience.
Job Description- Greet and welcome members and guests with a friendly smile
- Assist with inquiries, bookings and membership sales
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and support to members and guests
- Process transactions and handle cash handling duties
- Answer phone calls and respond to member queries
- Maintain accurate records and perform administrative tasks
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve business objectives
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized and able to multitask
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
