Control Room Operator

About the Role:

This role involves coordinating and managing SCADA and VIBES information and incidents within the control room environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and documenting errors, identifying causes, and maintaining logs of baggage incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage SCADA and VIBES information and incidents.
  • Define and document errors, identify causes, and keep logs of baggage incidents.
  • Support Mechanical and Electrical Technicians, Product Engineers, and Manual Intervention activities throughout a shift.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a control room environment is essential.
  • Technical knowledge relevant to the role, including PC knowledge of control systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical layout drawings of a BHS system.
  • Proficiency in English language reading skills.
  • Ability to work well in a stressful environment.
  • Clear and precise communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain an overview in hectic situations.
