Job Title: Control Room Operations Specialist

We are seeking full-time control room specialists to manage high-profile facilities and locations across metropolitan Sydney.

This role requires security personnel with a valid NSW 1A Security Licence.

Responsibilities:
  • Supporting, directing, and coordinating teams in response to incidents and emergencies.
  • Preparing operational briefs and briefing staff.
  • Managing and using control room technical systems and equipment, including complex data entry.
  • Maintaining observation and monitoring using surveillance systems, including CCTV.
  • Responding to alarm activations.
  • Managing access control systems.
  • Maintaining data and security records, including communication logs and comprehensive reports.
  • Maintaining and distributing security operational equipment.
Requirements:
  • NSW 1A Security Licence, minimum 12 months' experience or equivalent.
  • Control room operational experience, including using a range of technical systems.
  • Minimum 3-6 months' control room experience.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Superior communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Exceptional personal presentation.
  • Reliability and punctuality.
  • Ability to work 24/7 rotating roster.
  • First Aid and CPR (current).
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol - RSA (current).
  • White Card (or willing to obtain).
  • Traffic Control and Implement Traffic Management Plan certificates (or willing to obtain).
  • Fire Warden (or willing to obtain).
  • Full NSW Drivers Licence.
  • Working With Children Check.
