Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and expansion of strategic partnerships across a defined portfolio of enterprise clients aligned with our ideal client profile, with a focus on executive learning and leadership capability development.

  • Stay current with industry, business, and learning trends, providing insight-led advice to clients and helping position the organisation as a trusted partner in executive learning and capability development.
  • Represent the organisation at industry events, conferences, and client forums, acting as a visible leader and ambassador to strengthen the brand and its influence in the market.
  • Collaborate across internal teams to share insights, improve practices, and continuously enhance the organisation's partnership engagement and client development capability.
