
Industrial Construction Contracts Manager

A dynamic opportunity has arisen for a skilled Contract Administrator to join our team in the delivery of high-value projects.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Management: Prepare, review, and manage contracts to ensure compliance with legal standards and project-specific requirements.
- Tendering Process: Assist in the end-to-end tendering process, including preparing tender packages, reviewing and evaluating subcontractor quotations, and providing recommendations.
- Project Documentation: Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, correspondence, and financial records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for all stakeholders.
- Liaison and Communication: Act as a key liaison between clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate clear communication and efficient contract execution throughout the project lifecycle.
- Contract Performance Monitoring: Monitor contract performance, proactively manage variations and claims, and track project costs to support project financial health and timely delivery.
- Financial Administration: Assist with financial administration by preparing budgets, forecasting cash flow, generating reports, and tracking costs, while supporting the project team to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
You will be a detail-oriented professional with strong experience managing large-scale construction contracts and a proven ability to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality standards. This position requires an individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders to ensure project success.

- Proficiency in Procore, 1Breadcrumb, and MS Office Suite is desirable.
