Procurement Manager - Construction Contracts

We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage end-to-end procurement for a large commercial project.

The successful candidate will oversee contract administration and ensure compliance with head contract obligations, utilizing construction software and industry expertise.

This role offers a stable and full-time permanent opportunity with ongoing rewards and recognition programs, alongside a strong pipeline of works.

  • Manage end-to-end procurement, including tender preparation, evaluation, and contract awarding in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee contract administration using construction-based software, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensure full compliance with head contract obligations, including progress claims, forecasting, variations, and reporting.

A successful candidate will have, but is not limited to:

  • Minimum 6+ years of proven track record experience working in a similar capacity for a leading contractor.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders.
