We are seeking an experienced and compassionate caregiver to join our team at Bupa Woodend. Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• A minimum Certificate 3 qualification in Ageing, Individual Support, Care, or Disability
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Compassion and empathy when interacting with residents and families
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
