• Provide individualized care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and mobility
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
• Contribute to a culture of quality and excellence in aged care

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

• A minimum Certificate 3 qualification in Ageing, Individual Support, Care, or Disability
• A strong passion for delivering world-class care and support
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team

We offer a competitive salary package, which includes:

• $65,000 - $75,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
