Position: Experienced Barista

As an experienced barista, you'll play a crucial role in bringing our vision to life through your exceptional coffee-making skills and warm customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages with precision and care
- Consistently maintain cleanliness and organisation in the coffee preparation area
- Provide friendly and attentive customer service, ensuring each guest feels welcomed and valued
- Collaborate with team members to uphold our standards of excellence and contribute to a positive work environment
- Stay updated on coffee trends, techniques, and product offerings to enhance the customer experience

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a barista in **a fast-paced** café environment
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation methods and equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: From $29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 38 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Public holidays
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Barista: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Food handling: 1 year (preferred)

- Australia (required)
