Content Strategist Role

You will oversee the sourcing and production of engaging content for our supporters and the people we serve, oscillating between bringing fun to our fundraising efforts, showcasing impact in APAC region, and delivering strategic content for healthier lives.

This role contributes to ensuring we are recognised year-round as a leading organisation dedicated to improving men's health globally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify solutions to challenges across our impact and income goals.
  • Create and deliver a year-round content plan with the team, including Marketing, PR, and Social Media Managers.
  • Synchronize local plans with counterparts in Europe and North America to maintain a consistent brand presence globally.
  • Oversee production of strategic content with our creative Studio, including video, photography, audio, and graphic design.
  • Develop relationships with teams to identify storytelling opportunities and share real stories from our community.
  • Collaborate with the Insights team and digital channel owners to improve and optimise content performance.

Requirements:

  • Strong writing, interviewing, and creative skills for diverse audiences and platforms.
  • Significant experience in project management, prioritising multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Confidence building positive working relationships and managing stakeholders across marketing, fundraising, and men's health teams.
  • Collaboration with counterparts in other markets to align content plans globally.
  • Digital content delivery knowledge, including website CMS, social media channels, and content amplification services.
  • Proven experience managing resources, monitoring expenditure, and maximising outcomes with limited budgets.
  • Experience managing freelancers, contractors, and creative agencies.
  • Working knowledge of production processes for audio-visual development.
  • A passion for continuous improvement through A/B testing, data gathering, and optimisation.

Desirable Skills:

  • Graphic design, photography, videography, or audio production skills.
  • SEO or web content accessibility expertise.
  • Copywriting or journalism skills.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications.
