The ideal candidate for this position will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing them to effectively interact with customers and colleagues alike.

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and are motivated to work in a fast-paced environment.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Café All Rounder to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch service to customers, including serving specialty coffee and hot drinks, engaging with customers, and working collaboratively with the store Manager and other team members.

To be considered for this role, applicants must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a café or hospitality environment, as well as strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Additional requirements include the ability to work a rotating roster, which may include weekends, and being available to commute or relocate to Melbourne VIC 3000.

In terms of preferred qualifications, we are looking for candidates with barista experience, customer service skills, and calibration expertise.

Successful applicants will be offered a competitive hourly rate, ranging from $25.00 to $32.00 per hour, as well as the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment.
